The Email schedule will be based on several factors including time frame leading up to the event, when the submission was completed and exhibitor demand.  Generally, emails will be sent within 3 days of Profile submission and subsequent emails will be delivered within 7-10 days of the last email sent.

In most cases NVYTES will provide the opportunity to send up to 3 emails per Exhibitor however that will depend on the Event at which you are participating as well as the timeframe.  As an example – If an exhibitor updates their profile one week before the event it would make no sense to send out all three invitation emails. We will always notify you prior to sending your emails and provide a proof for approval.
